Crispy Pork Chops | Air Fryer Recipe

Usually, when you think of pork chops, you think of pan-fried, baked, or BBQ'd. We are bringing a new spin onto this juicy protein source - breaded & air fried! This recipe is easy, quick, and leaves almost no cleanup (a big WIN in our family). It is a must-try for anyone, and versatile if you would like to change the spice selection!



Pork Chops


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops, about 1"-thick

  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan

  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

  • 1 teaspoons paprika

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions


1. Pat pork chops dry with paper towels


2. Coat both sides with oil.


3. In a medium bowl, combine Parmesan and spices. Coat both sides of pork chops with Parmesan mixture.


4. Place pork chops in the basket of the air fryer and cook at 375° until internal temperature reaches 145°, about 9 minutes, flipping halfway through.
